LingoLab Academy — Rights and Commitments Charter
LingoLab Academy is committed to respecting and protecting the rights of every student. This charter sets out the fundamental rights that every learner is entitled to within our institution.
Every student is entitled to instruction delivered by qualified trainers using modern, level-appropriate teaching methods. LingoLab Academy commits to maintaining excellence standards across all its programs.
Every student has the right to be treated with respect, fairness, and dignity, without discrimination of any kind. Harassment, intimidation, or any form of verbal or psychological mistreatment is strictly prohibited.
Students have the right to be transparently informed about course content and objectives, the class schedule, assessment criteria, payment terms, and any changes that may affect their learning path.
Every student is free to express opinions and suggestions respectfully. Complaints may be submitted to administration in writing and the student has the right to receive a reasoned response within a reasonable timeframe (maximum 7 working days).
Students are encouraged to actively participate in school life through satisfaction surveys, improvement suggestions, and educational events. Your feedback contributes to the continuous improvement of our programs.
Each student's personal data (contact details, results, payments) is strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties without explicit consent. Students may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.
Every student is entitled to regular progress monitoring. LingoLab Academy commits to providing constructive feedback on assessments, flagging any difficulties identified, and offering supplementary resources when needed.
The institution guarantees a safe physical and digital environment for all students. Any security incident must be reported to administration, which commits to responding diligently and in strict confidentiality.
