These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of the services offered by LingoLab Academy, a language teaching institution in Relizaneia. By registering or using our services, you fully accept these terms.
Access to our training programs (in-person and online) is reserved for individuals who have completed a valid registration and paid the corresponding fees. LingoLab Academy reserves the right to deny access to any user who does not comply with these terms.
To benefit from our services, students must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. Each registration is personal and cannot be transferred. Students are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
Training fees are payable according to the terms agreed upon at registration. In case of cancellation before the start of a module, a partial refund may be granted per our current policy. No refund is possible after the module has begun, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.
All pedagogical content (courses, materials, exercises, recordings) provided by LingoLab Academy is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or use for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
LingoLab Academy commits to providing quality services but cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to external causes. Students are solely responsible for their use of the content and tools made available to them.
Personal data collected during registration is used solely to manage the educational relationship and is never shared with third parties without consent. Students have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.
LingoLab Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Students will be notified electronically of any substantial changes. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by Relizaneian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of the institution's jurisdiction.
