Rules of life and conduct — LingoLab Academy
LingoLab Academy's charter defines the values and conduct expected from all members of our learning community. It aims to ensure a peaceful, respectful, and effective learning environment for everyone.
All students, teachers, and staff commit to treating others with respect and kindness, without discrimination based on origin, gender, religion, or language level. Disrespectful, harassing, or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited.
Regularity is essential for progress. Students must arrive on time and report any absence in advance. More than three unjustified absences per month may result in suspension of course access without refund.
During lessons, mobile phones must be on silent mode. Off-topic conversations and disruptive behavior should be avoided. Everyone is encouraged to participate actively and support fellow students.
Premises, IT equipment, and educational materials are shared resources. Everyone must use them carefully and leave them in good condition. Intentional damage may result in compensation being required.
Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or fraud during assessments is forbidden. Students caught in violation will be sanctioned, up to and including expulsion. Personal effort and honesty are at the core of our educational approach.
Any disagreement or issue must be reported to administration calmly and constructively. LingoLab Academy commits to handling each complaint seriously and impartially.
Access to the online platform and digital resources is reserved for personal educational use. Unauthorized sharing of protected content is prohibited. LingoLab Academy may suspend access in case of misuse.
Non-compliance with this charter may result in graduated sanctions: written warning, temporary suspension, or permanent expulsion without refund. All disciplinary decisions are communicated to the student with stated reasons.
